Where to start these quests?

1. With aqua the bartender you can start this quest by using the flirt option.
2. With Destiny the fortune teller you can start this quest by using the gift option with her.
3. With Cassidy the farmer you can start this quest by using the gift option with her.

All the shopkeeper were also added to the waifsteary.
